Valerie Crumpton - Executive Director
For the past 20 years, Valerie has worked for international and local nonprofit organizations in the areas of donor development, volunteer management, fundraising, event planning, marketing, communications and management. She has also served on Boards of nonprofits in the U.S. and Singapore. Valerie earned a Master of Arts in Theology from the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee Tennessee, and is a recipient of the School's Community Service Award for her work with area churches, the University community, and nonprofit organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries and the Community Kitchen in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Kings University College in Edmonton, Canada. A native of the island state of Singapore, Valerie is married to the Reverend Al Crumpton, a priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia. In their leisure time, they love to travel, spend time with their families, friends and pet dogs, and watch Netflix.
