Valerie Crumpton - Executive Director

Valerie CrumptonFor the past 20 years, Valerie has worked for international and local nonprofit organizations in the areas of donor development, volunteer management, fundraising, event planning, marketing, communications and management. She has also served on Boards of nonprofits in the U.S. and Singapore.  Valerie earned a Master of Arts in Theology from the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee Tennessee, and is a recipient of the School's Community Service Award for her work with area churches, the University community, and nonprofit organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries and the Community Kitchen in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Kings University College in Edmonton, Canada.  A native of the island state of Singapore, Valerie is married to the Reverend Al Crumpton, a priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia. In their leisure time, they love to travel, spend time with their families, friends and pet dogs, and watch Netflix. 



Robert Randall II - Director, Volunteer Programs and Services

Robert RandallRobert began his career with the United Methodist Church doing conference-level youth and young adult ministry in Georgia and Florida. Robert's Christian faith includes 38 years in the peace and environmental movements. His many years of organizing experience make Robert a natural for coordinating volunteers. His work history includes temp work, sales, self-employment, social services, and mental health. He and his wife of 41 years have lived in Glynn County, where she grew up, since the late 1980's.
Among his guilty pleasures are chocolate and ice cream.

Dolores Vendette - Finance Administrator

Dolores is ISC's part-time Finance Administrator whose responsibilities include bookkeeping and all matters pertaining to the Center's finances. Dolores brings with her many years of bookkeeping experience and is certified in QuickBooks and financial management.

Vicki West - Office Administrator and Assistant Volunteer Coordinator

Vicki WestVicki West is no stranger to the ISC as she joined us March 1, 2012 as an ISC Volunteer. She is a transplant to Brunswick, Ga. from Chillicothe, Ohio. Her only regret about moving to the South is that she did not do it along time ago. She has two sons, Ryan Sanscrainte, who resides with his wife, Lauren, in Summerville, S.C. and Jared Sanscrainte, living in Boynton Beach,FL. with his wife Sarah. As of November 1, 2012, Vicki takes on a new role at the ISC as our full-time Office Administrator and Assistant Volunteer Coordinator. Vicki's primary role is to provide administrative support that includes clerical and secretarial duties. In addition, she also assists Robert Randall in coordinating ISC Volunteers to work at the Centers. Vicki brings with her a wealth of experience and an unbridled passion for our ministry.
